The ER/PV Neighborhood is nestled along the Sandia Mountain foothills on the eastern border of the city of Albuquerque. Our neighborhood has easy access to many hiking and mountain biking trails in the Sandia Mountains as well as to the paved bicycle/pedestrian trail that runs for 10 miles along Tramway Blvd.

In addition, we are less than 5 minutes from  I-40 and about 10 minutes from Kirtland AFB and Sandia National Laboratories. ER/PV is also located in close proximity to several shopping areas and many good restaurants. We have the best of both worlds: the Sandia Foothills creating a beautiful mountain landscape as a back yard and convenient city amenities!

We are proud of our neighborhood, and we do our best to make it a friendly and inviting place to live and raise a family. The ER/PV community has a voluntary neighborhood association that is interested in security, maintaining our neighborhood, and enjoying many social activities. We are very pleased to provide you with this website and hope it proves both informative and useful information. We also hope it facilitates communication amongst the residents of ER/PV for the betterment of our community.
