ER/PV Neighborhood Association Benefits

 

Your $20 annual household membership fee provides you with a chance to socialize with your neighbors in a friendly atmosphere. In addition, your fees help to cover the costs of the following benefits:

• Beverages and food for Spring Social, Family Picnic, Progressive Dinner and Annual Meeting (if we have enough money, we can also have musical entertainment at the Family Picnic)

• Dissemination of information via web site and/or newsletters and event fliers

• Event raffle prizes

• Association liability insurance policy (~$500)

• Post Office box

• Neighborhood Directory 

• Eight sponsored events a year: The Association Board creates all events except for the National Night Out in August. Free gift raffles are held for Paid Members at the Spring Social, Family Picnic, Progressive Dinner, and Holiday Party.
